Shipping:
Latin Chic does not ship outside the continental United States
at this time.
Orders to P.O Boxes,
APO,
and FPO are not accepted.
There are three options to
choose from for shipping methods: UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, and a flat rate $5.00 first class shipping.
We will normally process
your order in 1-4 business days of receipt. Additional to that, allow up to 6
UPS ground business days, which includes day of package pickup for your package
to be delivered. This is subject to change during October through December. The
new shipping time frames will be posted for this busy period.
Please note that the flat rate $5.00 shipping option
cannot guarantee delivery due to the inability to trace the package.
If an order is returned to
us by UPS as refused or due to a mistake on the customer's order form, the
customer will be charged for the return postage as well as a fee equal to 10% of
the total order for chargeback costs and restocking fees.

We do offer store credit or
exchange for certain situations. You
must contact us by e-mail within five days of receiving your order at Sunnie@LatinChicELA.com
providing a detailed reason for the return.
If your credit or exchange is approved, Latin Chic will provide you with
a Return Authorization (RA) number. If you fail to contact us within the five
day time frame we will not accept your request for return.
When your RA# is issued your
package must be postmarked within five days of the authorization. Packages
postmarked after the five days and/or without the RA number on the box will be
denied.
Shipping and handling are non-refundable. Items returned must be in original
unused condition & original packaging. We do not accept returns on items
that we feel have been used, and will not issue credit and you will be
responsible for shipping costs back to you.
There will
be a 20% restocking fee on returns.
